UMBin – Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

UMBin provides tools that help users process incoming messages (including email and other supported communication channels) and generate draft business documents such as orders, quotations, and invoices.

UMBin does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content submitted to the Service.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You will ensure that any personal data processed through the Service is collected lawfully.
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any generated documents before issuing or sending them.

UMBin generates draft documents only. Final review and approval remain your responsibility.

4. Access to Email and Third-Party Services

If you connect UMBin to third-party services (such as Gmail), you grant the necessary permissions for the Service to function.

UMBin only accesses data required to provide its functionality and does not use email data for advertising or resale.

Use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Data Ownership

• Customer data

You retain full ownership of the above. UMBin does not claim ownership over your content.

We may process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Confidentiality

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Payment and Subscription (If Applicable)

• Fees are billed in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend access for non-payment.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous 12 months.
